How do I get my BillsOnline details?


> Your Email address
Upon activating your BillsOnline account with Plum Communications, you were required to register a business Email address. You should use this Email address to retrieve your log in parameters.

Note: Details will be sent to this email address.
> Your Customer ID number
As a security measure, we use your CustomerID to validate your e-mail address.
